Heck most medical doctors and corporate media “talking heads”, parrot this failed hypothesis: “Eat less + Exercise more = Weight loss”. This might work at first but leads to rebound fat gain + a weaker metabolism. This is why almost all dieters regain their fat weight & look worse because they have lost muscle.

Despite thousands of scientific studies on metabolism, weight, fat loss, nutrition, psychology and food addiction, people are more confused than ever.
Often times, it seems we can’t see the forest because of the trees. But for most people, leveraging a few simple lifestyle habits based on how you think, eat, move, and sleep can make a world of difference… And guess what, for many people, it doesn’t have to be that complicated. But make no mistake, it will require some dedication, some time and some changes.
Funny thing, when you get noticeable results quickly, your motivation grows and it gets easier. This is because our brains need proof that the effort has a payoff. This leads to a growth in self esteem and confidence. As the famous Stephen Covey wrote:
“Private victories always precede public victories. You can’t invert that process any more than you can harvest a crop before you plant it.”
How do I know this?… Despite being super busy and stressed, I learned to reboot my own metabolism to go from flabby, fatigued and distracted to fit, fun and focussed. I am also nerdy fit diabetic, health science geek, honors grad in Health Science. and have helped people on 3 continents with my Metabolic Motivation strategies & scorecards, more on that later.
We are all busy but I challenge you to not have 15 minutes per day. We all find more time in that for mindless web surfing and/or Netflix or HBO right?…
